Origin
Orders ship from Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.
Processing time

In-stock items: ship within 2–4 business days.

Made-to-order pieces: please allow 7–14 business days for hand-crafting before shipment.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Carriers & tracking
We primarily use Canada Post and trusted couriers. Tracking is provided whenever available. Please make sure your shipping address is correct—orders shipped to an incorrect address are not refundable.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or holidays.
Shipping rates & duties
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight/size. International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees—these are the buyer’s responsibility.
Pre-orders & made-to-order
If your order includes made-to-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready (unless arranged otherwise).
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos: info@niksadesign.co. We’ll help with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost / delayed shipments
A package is considered lost if it hasn’t arrived 20 business days (Canada) / 30 business days (International) after dispatch. We’ll open an inquiry with the carrier before issuing a resolution.
Order changes & cancellations
Because many pieces are handmade, order changes/cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
Sustainably packed
We use protective, eco-conscious packaging. Please handle gently—many pieces are paper-based and should not be exposed to water.
