Shipping Policy

Origin & processing

Orders ship from Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. In-stock work normally ships within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order work normally requires 7–14 business days before dispatch. A confirmation email is sent when the order ships.

Carriers & estimated delivery

Orders are sent through Canada Post or another trusted courier. Tracking is provided when available. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–8 business days within Canada, 4–10 business days to the United States and 7–21 business days internationally.

Carrier delays, customs and holidays may affect delivery time. International duties, taxes and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Address changes, damage or loss

Please confirm that the shipping address is correct at checkout. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours and may not be possible after production begins.

If a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, email info@niksadesign.ca within 3 days of delivery with the order number and photographs. A carrier inquiry is opened before a resolution is issued for a shipment reported lost or significantly delayed.

Protective packaging

Each order is packed to protect its material and form during transit. Please unpack and handle the work gently.
