Return & Refund Policy

We accept return or exchange requests made within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Because each work is handmade, surface variation and small irregularities are part of the piece and are not considered defects. Items altered, washed, exposed to water or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

To request a return, email info@niksadesign.ca with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
