We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Because our pieces are handmade from paper and natural materials, they are delicate and should not be washed or exposed to water.
If an item has been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, it will not be eligible for return or refund.

To request a return, please contact us at info@niksadesign.co within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
