Terms of Service – Niksa Design

Overview
These terms govern your use of nixadesign.ca and purchases from Niksa Design.

Products & care
Our pieces are handmade from paper and natural materials. They are delicate and must not be washed or exposed to water.

Orders & payment
Prices are shown in CAD unless noted. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Shipping
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Returns & refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
For return requests, email info@niksadesign.co with your order number.

Damaged/incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can assist.

Intellectual property
All designs, images, and content are owned by Niksa Design and may not be used without permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
