Fernlight — Sculptural Art Light
ONE OF A KIND · MADE BY HAND
SCULPTURAL LIGHT · ONE OF A KIND
Fernlight gathers the quiet rhythm of a forest floor into a compact field of warm light. Its layered silhouette feels poised between leaf, shelter, and small landscape.
THE OBJECT
A light shaped by the fern
Reclaimed wood rises through translucent handmade paper in an asymmetrical composition. When illuminated, the overlapping planes soften the LED source and reveal subtle variations in fibre, edge, and shadow.

THE PROCESS
From weathered material to sculptural light.
The Studio traces how existing material is observed and rebalanced before paper and illumination are introduced.
SEE THE PROCESSSculptural light
Weathered wood establishes the starting condition. Structure, handmade paper and light respond to its bends, fractures, weight and history without erasing what the material has carried.
Care
Designed for indoor use. Keep dry and away from prolonged direct sunlight, excess heat and humidity. Dust gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth.
Studio note
Made by hand in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Natural variation in reclaimed wood makes every work unique.
